2K a year Windsor House is looking for a caring, compassionate individual to join our dynamic team in the role of Corporate Hospital Liaison In this position, you would be involved in planning, organizing, and directing admissions from area hospitals.
Responsibilities:
The Hospital Liaison performs all duties involved in planning, organizing, and directing admissions from area hospitals Develop referrals with area hospitals Complete in-person assessments of admissions Act as a resource for hospital representatives Coordinate documentation Act as liaison for families, hospital, and receiving location
Qualifications:
Must be an RN or LPN, or have extensive resident admissions experience Experience in Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance preferred Marketing experience preferred Working knowledge of PAS/ID, levels of care, and long term care preferred Windsor House offers a competitive benefit package:
