Please possess adequate computer knowledge as well as knowledge of basic programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel and email etiquette.
Responsibilities & Required Skills are as follows:
Microsoft knowledge Basic math skills Quickbooks knowledge a HUGE plus but not necessary.
Will train Some Invoicing Light accounts receivable (receiving payments) Excellent communication skills General Knowledge of area for scheduling purposes Answering a multi-line phone system Filing Handling retail sales Scheduling deliveries / estimates Follow directions well Can work independently and complete work in a timely manner and with accuracy Be able to handle working in this type of environment/industry.
This is not your quintessential clean, neat and quiet office setting.
Reliable Some light collections Neat, organized and must be able to multitask Must be able to work every other Saturday Wage range between $13.
00-$15.
00/hr.
Position's pay will be based on prior experience and knowledge This is a full time position with (4) 10hr days to get you to 40hrs during our busy season March - November & will include every other Saturday Position will have a slight decrease during the winter months December, January & March 35-40hrs.
but will be Monday through Friday with no Saturdays.
