Our client, a leader in the oil & gas industry is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their office in the Youngstown area! The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role, excellent organization and time management skills.
Job Description:
Collects and distributes interoffice correspondence and mail. Responsible for coordinating out-going mail delivery. Supports department as coordinator for assigned document control. Retains files in an orderly and controlled manner. Copies file and documents for other departments as required. Prepares required reports for accuracy and timeliness. Acts as receptionist. Answering main phone and transferring to appropriate staff members, receiving visitors. Ensuring visitors are logged in and out of the facility and are advised of any relevant policies. Assist with the creation of presentations, reports, and publishing KPI's Travel coordination for plant associates Maintains and replenishes office supplies/office equipment Facilitate development and maintenance of Office 5S program Setup and coordinate/host special events (ie luncheons, workshops) Perform clerical roles such as data entry and word processing Coordinate cleaning and maintenance activities for office and office equipment, furnishings Maintain plant, office, site manager calendar Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, USPS, etc.. Attend meetings as requested in order to compile, transcribe and/or distribute minutes of meetings. Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff and agency information. Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associate's Degree preferred. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Ability to organize and prioritize work load and to meet deadlines. Ability to read, write and speak well in English. Ability to understand and execute instructions well. Must be able to pass applicable testing as required. Prior Administrative Assistant experience preferred Ability to operate standard office equipment, including but not limited to, computers, telephone systems, typewriters, calculators, copiers and facsimile machines. Solid experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Hours: M-F 8 am-5 pm
Pay: $14/HR

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
