Recruitment Specialist

As an Aim Recruiter would be expected to learn the industry and work to build a relationship quickly and sell various careers with our company to prospective candidates.
You must be able to think both inside and outside the box at all times.
You'll be expected to process applications, pull reports and follow an HR process when on-boarding candidates - continuous follow-up is required.
Much of your time is spent on the phone and the other portion on the computer via email and working within our applicant database.

Job Requirements PREFERRED Qualifications:
Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
Manage time-sensitive assignments and deliver quality results on-time.
Expertise with online media and social media platforms.
Strong attention to detail.
Interpersonal Skills - excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite as well as be a quick learner with new programs.
Able to work with all levels of team members with minimum supervision and guidance.
Must be flexible to with workday and overtime as required.
Personally exhibit a strong commitment to dependability and reliability.
Work to gain and maintain the confidence of the team.
Self-starter, go-getter that can work independently in a high volume environment.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT TO APPLY:
Associates degree or equivalent experience required (Bachelor's preferred).
Some staffing, HR, recruitment or related experience preferred.
Must be results driven with capacity to continuously follow-up on assigned projects.
Some experience in the transportation or automotive maintenance industries a plus.


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
