As the team continues to grow and expand, they are looking for a talented Service Delivery Manager to join their team.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include:
Overseeing day to day operations
Providing outstanding customer service
Providing leadership and supervision to the team of Account Representatives
Managing multiple internal and external relationships effectively
Identifying and adapting to changing customer requirements
Developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with key customers
Conducting regular service review meetings with key customers

Qualifications Include:

Post-secondary diploma or degree
A minimum of 3 years in a customer service position
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Exceptional organization and customer service skills
Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to complete tasks within tight time frames
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Self-motivated, results driven
Effective time management skills
Effective leadership skills
Experience working within a CRM system

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
