Job Summary
The mission of Mercy Health is to extend the healing ministry of Jesus by improving the health of our communities with emphasis on people who are poor and under-served.
The Physical Therapist (PT) provides physical therapy services in a patient's place of residence. This includes, but is not limited to, the evaluation and management of physical therapy, patient/family/caregiver education, communication with patients and providers, maintenance of the clinical record, participation in the care team, supervision of the PTA, and attendance of educational seminars germane to the practice of PT.
Qualifications - Minimum
Graduate of a Physical Therapy Educational Program accredited by CAPTE and have completed educational requirements stated in the Ohio Revised Code.
Holds a valid license to practice Physical Therapy in the State of Ohio.
Must have valid driver's license and must meet proof of insurance requirements.
Has in-depth knowledge of a specialized technical or administrate field, or a broad working professional field.
Analyzes and interprets complex information.
Determines a course of action based on general guidelines.
Requires basic reading, writing and simple arithmetic skills as demonstrated through pre-hire assessment.
May operate complex office equipment/machinery.
Basic Computer Skills required.
Hours per pay period: 0
Weekend and holidays optional.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
